Yes — that's the whole idea. Sentiva is one account. Start with Talent or Clarity today and add People (early access) or Ascend (roadmap) when you're ready. Your data carries across every product, on one bill.

Because the work is different. Hiring is bursty, so Talent is usage-based with plans. Assessments are occasional, so Clarity is pay-per-use. HR is headcount-driven, so People is per-employee. Each model fits its job — you only deal with the one you use.

Only for the advanced, optional features — everything runs on a simple credits system. Your fixed subscription already includes the core product, with AI productivity built in, plus a monthly bundle of credits sized to cover a typical month. Usage-priced features (like AI interviews and assessments) draw from that bundle; you're only charged more if you go beyond it. Each product's pricing page shows how many credits each task uses, and a spending cap you set means overage can never exceed your limit.

Every account has an adjustable monthly spending cap with alerts at 50/80/100%. At the cap, AI usage pauses and the core product keeps running — so the maximum is always a number you set.
